Kids Privacy Disclosure

Important privacy information for parents and guardians of Colorbook users.

Effective date: September 15, 2026
Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Kids Privacy Disclosure supplements the Colorbook Privacy Policy and explains how RW Labs ("RW Labs", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when Colorbook is used by children or in a child-directed context.

Colorbook is a family-focused creative coloring application. We recognize that children require additional privacy protections and we seek to minimize the collection and use of children's personal information.

Important notice for parents and guardians: Please review this disclosure before allowing a child to use Colorbook. This document describes Colorbook's intended privacy practices. It is not a legal certification and does not replace legal advice or the requirements of applicable privacy, child-protection, consumer-protection, or advertising laws.

1. Who Operates Colorbook?

Colorbook is operated by RW Labs. RW Labs is responsible for determining how information handled through Colorbook is used for the purposes described in our privacy disclosures, subject to applicable law.

Questions or requests concerning children's privacy may be sent to: support.colorbook@rainbowwinglabs.com

2. Children's Privacy

We design Colorbook to provide a creative coloring experience without requiring children to disclose unnecessary personal information.

Where Colorbook is used by children or is subject to child-directed privacy requirements, we seek to apply appropriate safeguards, including limiting collection, restricting advertising practices, limiting social features, and providing parental mechanisms required by applicable law.

3. Information We May Collect or Process

Depending on the features enabled and how Colorbook is used, the service may process the following categories of information:

Account information

App and coloring information

Device and technical information

Notifications

If push notifications are enabled, Colorbook or its notification provider may process a device or push-notification token required to deliver those notifications.

4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Require

For ordinary coloring functionality, Colorbook is not designed to require a child to provide:

We also discourage children and parents from submitting unnecessary sensitive information through support forms, free-text fields, or other communication channels.

5. How We Use Information

Information may be used for purposes including:

We do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioral or interest-based advertising.

6. Advertising

Colorbook may use advertising to support the service. Where advertising is provided, we seek to configure advertising systems in accordance with the requirements applicable to child-directed experiences.

Colorbook may offer rewarded advertisements. A rewarded advertisement is an optional advertisement that a user may voluntarily watch in exchange for an in-app reward, such as additional coloring content or another permitted feature.

Rewarded advertising is optional. The core coloring experience should not require a child to make a purchase or disclose unnecessary personal information merely to participate.

Depending on applicable law, platform requirements, and advertising provider requirements, advertising may be configured using non-personalized or otherwise restricted advertising treatment.

Advertising providers may independently process limited technical or advertising-related information under their own privacy policies. The specific data practices depend on the advertising SDKs and configuration actually used in the Colorbook application.

7. No Behavioral Advertising to Children

We do not intentionally create behavioral advertising profiles for children using children's personal information.

We will configure applicable advertising technologies to restrict personalized or interest-based advertising where required by applicable law, platform rules, or advertising-provider policies.

8. Third-Party Services

Colorbook may rely on third-party technology providers to operate certain technical functions.

Depending on the version and configuration of the application, these services may include:

Third-party providers may process information on our behalf or according to their own applicable privacy terms and technical configurations. Their processing is governed by their respective policies and applicable agreements, as well as the configuration implemented in Colorbook.

Parents should review the applicable third-party privacy disclosures when they wish to understand the information practices of those providers.

9. COPPA and Parental Consent

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") is a United States federal law that provides specific protections for children under 13 in certain circumstances.

If COPPA or another applicable law requires verifiable parental consent before we collect or use a child's personal information, we will seek to obtain the required consent using a method reasonably designed to verify the parent's or legal guardian's authority.

The consent process may vary depending on the feature being used, information involved, jurisdiction, and applicable legal requirements.

If required parental consent cannot be obtained or is withdrawn, we may restrict the relevant functionality, stop further collection or use, or delete the applicable information as required by law.

10. Parental Rights and Requests

Parents and legal guardians may contact us regarding personal information associated with their child. Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, parents may request:

We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the requesting parent or guardian.

11. How Parents Can Request Deletion

A parent or guardian may request deletion of a child's account or applicable personal information by contacting:

support.colorbook@rainbowwinglabs.com

Where account deletion is available within Colorbook, the account owner may also initiate deletion through the application's account settings.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete the applicable information, subject to information that must be retained or may lawfully be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legally permitted purposes.

12. Verification of Parent or Guardian Requests

Because children's information requires additional protection, we may request reasonable information necessary to verify that a person making a request is the child's parent or authorized legal guardian.

We will seek to avoid collecting more information than reasonably necessary for verification and will handle verification information according to applicable privacy requirements.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

When information is no longer required, we seek to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational requirements.

14. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

Security measures may include access controls, authentication safeguards, encryption or secure transmission technologies, infrastructure security, and monitoring appropriate to the nature of the service.

No internet service, application, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot promise absolute security.

15. Public Profiles and Communication

Colorbook's core functionality does not require children to maintain public profiles or communicate directly with strangers.

We do not intentionally provide open stranger-to-child messaging as part of the ordinary coloring experience.

If community, social, messaging, sharing, or similar features are added in the future, we will review their privacy and child-safety implications and update our disclosures as appropriate.

16. User-Generated Content

Colorbook may allow users to create, save, or export coloring artwork. Such artwork is treated as user-generated content.

Parents and guardians should be aware that artwork shared outside the Colorbook application, including through device sharing functions, messaging applications, cloud services, or social-media platforms, may be subject to the privacy policies and controls of those external services.

Parents should supervise external sharing of children's artwork where appropriate.

17. Push Notifications

Colorbook may offer optional push notifications for permitted purposes. Parents and users can control notification permissions through the device's operating-system settings.

We do not intend to use push notifications to request unnecessary personal information from children.

18. International Privacy Protections

Colorbook may be accessible to users outside the United States. COPPA is a United States law and does not by itself describe all privacy requirements applicable internationally.

Depending on where a user lives, additional privacy or children's protections may apply, including requirements concerning parental consent, transparency, data minimization, deletion, access, and children's rights.

Our general privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

19. What Happens If We Learn We Collected Children's Information Without Required Consent?

If we become aware that personal information from a child was collected in circumstances where applicable law required parental consent and the required consent was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include seeking the required consent, limiting further collection or use, deleting the affected information, or taking other legally appropriate measures.

20. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Kids Privacy Disclosure when our services, features, technology, advertising providers, data practices, or legal obligations change.

When we make material changes affecting children's privacy, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

21. Parent and Guardian Contact
